The Informal Ministerial Consultations in Warsaw on 13-14 October will gather more than 40 ministers of environment. This meeting is a part of the Prof. Maciej Nowicki, Minister of Environment and future COP 14 president preparation for the upcoming Climate Change Conference in Poznan on 1-12 December.
